Technical Information
We can offer small bore products in the following construction:
• Flexible PVC with textile braided reinforcement up to 80 bar working pressure
• Flexible PVC tubing in fuel resistant compound
• Non toxic flexible PVC with knitted textile reinforcement
• Polyurethane in mono extrusion or textile braided reinforcement
Materials used in the construction include:

This expanding range of textile reinforced small bore hoses has been developed to meet the needs of general industry, pneumatics, agricultural crop spraying and horticultural markets.
We are using new polymers to increase performance of these products and many of them are manufactured in non-toxic grade as standard. See also Ragno CR (food quality), Ragno PU (food quality) and Soleil Premier.
We have recently introduced polyurethane tubings and hoses to this range. See also Ragno Total PU, Mono PU and Benzina.

Special features:
• We will brand hoses with customers names (subject to minium quantity)
• We will fit couplings to hoses

Product: 915007 - RAGNO TOTAL PU
Description: PU hose with polyester yarn reinforcement. In PU Shore hardness A 90.
Temperature: -40°C to +60°C
Application: Heavy duty hose for delivery of compressed air where high resistance to abrasion is required. It's designed for assembling onto automatic hose winding machines due to its special outer cover and non-expanding structure under pressure.
Advantages: Stable dimensionally even when working at pressure of 20 bar. High resistance to abrasion. Does not emit toxic fumes if ignited.
