Description: Smooth lining, a rigid crush resistant helix and corrugated PVC cover.

Temperature: -5°C to +60°C

Application: This product has a dual use i.e. as a hose and also as an electrical conduit. Hose use includes a light duty suction and delivery application for water, garden and similar light duty pumps. For electrical applications suitable for both internal and external uses to protect electric cables.

Advantages: A flexible hose. The smooth bore allows cables to be easily inserted and is resistant to water, and various chemicals.

Note: The Merlett 'Aquatics' programme generally comprises Vinilflex together with Clear PVC and Luisiana Black.

This expanding range of textile reinforced small bore hoses has been developed to meet the needs of general industry, pneumatics, agricultural crop spraying and horticultural markets.

We are using new polymers to increase performance of these products and many of them are manufactured in non-toxic grade as standard. See also Ragno CR (food quality), Ragno PU (food quality) and Soleil Premier.

Special features:

• We will brand hoses with customers names (subject to minium quantity)

All technical specifications apply to a temperature of 23°C +/- 2°C (ISO 291). Any increase of temperature, above or below, will affect the performance data. Tolerance on all specification +/- 5%.
