Colour variation can be applied on Airflex SL, Vohran, Ragno CR, Ragno PU and Armoflex PVC hoses.

The colouring is obtained by applying a coat of metallic paint, made of a special resin that supports metallic pigments, free of heavy metals like lead or chrome. This layer gives high brilliance and abrasion resistance.

The organic solvents used during the production process are not classified as toxic.

Tests performed without causing any alteration:

• Resistance to atomised salty solution; CASS TEST according to UNI ISO 9227/93 standard (accelerated atomised solution)
• Hundred-fold rubbing with an alcohol soaked cloth
• Rubbing with creamy detergent with soft sponge
• Continuous exposure for 336 hours, to the light of a 300 W Ultra-Vitalux Tungsten filament lamp
• Daily spraying with an antibacterial product over a period of 10 days
• Daily spraying with a scale removing product over a period of 10 days
• Continuous immersion in water with a temperature between 38 degrees celcius and 45 degrees celcius, for a period of 144 hours, before a tendency to turn opaque was registered

All technical specifications apply to a temperature of 23°C +/- 2°C (ISO 291). Any increase of temperature, above or below, will affect the performance data. Tolerance on all specification +/- 5%.

Product: 670 - CARICO - INLET HOSES

Description: Braiding reinforced PVC hose. Pressure resistance on the fitted hose at +18°C: 20 bar working, 60 bar bursting. Good resistance to ozone and to all detergent solutions, detersives, hypochlorites, etc.

Temperature Range: 0°C + 60°C.

Conforms to the following standards of the leading washing machine manufacturers in Europe:

Ageing: 168 hours at +70°C without showing swelling or cracking.

Flexibility: After 30 minutes around a mandrel having diameter 4 times the outside diameter of the hose, the inlet hose does not show any wrinkle or flattening.

Bending test: After 180° bending under weight pressure for 5 seconds repeated 10 times in the same place the hose maintains the working and bursting pressure values.
Equipped with a 3 / 4 inch standard elbow and a 3 / 4 inch straight fitting, both moulded directly on to the hose ensuring perfect tightness.

Available in 2 versions: Type A with 2 x 3 / 4 inch moulded-on fittings, 1 straight and 1 elbow. Type B with 2 x 3 / 4 inch straight fittings.

Standard lengths: 1.50, 2.00, 2.50 and 3.00 mtrs, packed in 50pcs box.
