Colour variation can be applied on Airflex SL, Vohran, Ragno CR, Ragno PU and Armoflex PVC hoses.

The colouring is obtained by applying a coat of metallic paint, made of a special resin that supports metallic pigments, free of heavy metals like lead or chrome. This layer gives high brilliance and abrasion resistance.

The organic solvents used during the production process are not classified as toxic.

Tests performed without causing any alteration:

• Resistance to atomised salty solution; CASS TEST according to UNI ISO 9227/93 standard (accelerated atomised solution)
• Hundred-fold rubbing with an alcohol soaked cloth
• Rubbing with creamy detergent with soft sponge
• Continuous exposure for 336 hours, to the light of a 300 W Ultra-Vitalux Tungsten filament lamp
• Daily spraying with an antibacterial product over a period of 10 days
• Daily spraying with a scale removing product over a period of 10 days
• Continuous immersion in water with a temperature between 38 degrees celcius and 45 degrees celcius, for a period of 144 hours, before a tendency to turn opaque was registered

All technical specifications apply to a temperature of 23°C +/- 2°C (ISO 291). Any increase of temperature, above or below, will affect the performance data. Tolerance on all specification +/- 5%.

Product: 671 - SCARICO - OUTLET HOSE

Description: Very flexible polypropylene hose. Smooth inside, corrugated outside. Very good resistance to all detergent solutions, detersives, hypochlorites, etc.

Temperature Range: -10°C + 60°C.

Conforms to following testing standards of the leading washing machine manufacturers in Europe:

Ageing: 96 hours at +90°C in a solution of 1% different detersives, without showing swelling or stiffening.

Crushing Resistance: 35 kg, with deformation under 25% of original section.

Bending test: Over 10,000 flexions according to DIN 44 956.

Resistance against strokes: 1 kg at 300mm distance after having kept the hose 24 hours at -15°C.

Hydraulic tightness of the fitted hose: After 1 minute at 1 bar pressure with water at +23°C the hose does not burst nor shows leaking and the cuffs do not separate from the hose.
Equipped with a moulded-on cuffs ensuring perfect tightness.

Inside diameter of the cuff connecting the hose to the machine: 21.5mm.

Standard lengths: 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3 mtrs. packed in 50pcs box.
