All technical specifications apply to a temperature of 23°C +/- 2°C (ISO 291). Any increase of temperature, above or below, will affect the performance data. Tolerance on all specification +/- 5%.

Product: 900 - STANDARD FLEXIBLE PVC CONDUIT

Description: Self extinguishing to UL94 pliable PVC conduit with smooth inner lining, a rigid crush resistant helix and corrugated PVC cover. Standard black, also available RAL7035. Packaged in two coil lengths: 30 metre coils and the 10 metre HandiPak (for smaller jobs).

Advantages: Lightweight, flexible, smooth bore and has an extremely small bend radii, can twist and contort with no reduction in its cross section during flexing so cables are protected at all times. The conduit can be terminated quickly and easily leaving no jagged edges which can damage operators hands or damage cables. Easy to handle, and extensize size range and various fittings available.

MaxiPak Available in Trade sizes 6mm to 63mm. A range of straight and 90 degree Elbow Fittings with Metric, Gas and PG threads are available - eliminating the need for adaptors in many cases.

HandiPak Available in Trade sizes 20mm and 25mm together with 10 metric straight swivel fittings and 5 P-Clips.

Ingress Protection (IP Rating): IP65.

Temperature Range: -5°C to +60°C

Applications: Internal and external use, e.g., Robotics, Food Machinery, Electronics and Electrical installations. Resistant to water and many chemicals.
