We offer this range in the following construction:

• Flexible PVC Liquid Tight Heavy Duty Version
• Flexible PVC with PVC covered Steel Helix

Materials used:
• PVC in Self-extinguishing PVC to UL94 VO

These conduits are suitable for the following market sectors:

Special Features:
• We will supply in Handipak format either shrink-wrapped or poly-bagged
• IP Rating 65
• Available in Blank and RAL 7035
• Oil Resistant version available
• Heat Resistant version available
• Vast size range from 6mm to 63mm

Complementing this range are: PVC Heavy Duty, PVC Covered Flexible Steel, Plain Galvanised and Liquid Tight and to complete we have Cable Guard.

All technical specifications apply to a temperature of 23°C +/- 2°C (ISO 291). Any increase of temperature, above or below, will affect the performance data. Tolerance on all specification +/- 5%.

Product: 920 - FLEXIBLE STEEL CONDUIT (PVC COVERED)

Description: Vacuum jacketed steel conduit.

Construction: A unique vacuum extrusion process allows this product to have a thin PVC jacket which does not restrict the excellent flexibility characteristics of the inner core.

Applications: For use in both static applications where tight bend diameter is needed and in dynamic use such as machining centres and robotics.

Ingress Protection: IP54.

Temperature Range: -20°C to +80°C

Standard Colours: Black.
