Product: 913038 - ARMORVIN PRESS PU (FOOD QUALITY)
Description: A two layer construction beginning with an inner food quality FDA polyurethane liner followed by a clear PVC extrusion containing a reduced pitch harmonic steel spring helix centrally positioned in a thick flexible PVC.
Temperature Range: -20°C +90°C
Applications: This hose is suitable for 90% of full vacuum through the range. It is equally suited for dry and liquid transfer applications. Is suitable for beverages and other liquids such as vinegar, fruit juices, drinking water. Ideally suited to the pneumatic, hydraulic, food processing and chemical industries.
Advantages: High impact resistance, can be knocked back into shape if crushed. Good abrasion resistance. Excellent vacuum throughout size range at ambient temperature. Excellent working pressure. High temperature rating +90°C. Very narrow bending radius. Good chemical resistance. Good weathering resistance. Excellent transparency, easy to see product being conveyed, and locate blockages. Smooth internal bore and smooth outside cover. Can be made anti-static.
